Toby Freeman, Director of HorseTalk Hippotherapy, recently presented an educational program with anecdotal stories of positive clinical results alongside her team of professionals to the Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SPEDPAC) of Bedford, NH in April of 2009. SPEDPAC is a parent partnership with the Bedford community, providing awareness, education and support for special needs children and their families.
